Shipping and delivery time

We ship orders for flowers and plants within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment, provided the items are in stock. The printed products are shipped within 2 to 3 working days. If this is not the case, you will be notified. With most payment methods we receive immediate notification that the money has been received, but with some payment methods this takes a little longer. Please take this into account!

Letterbox mail is usually delivered the next day (PostNL delivers letterbox mail on Tuesday to Saturday), but it can sometimes take a few days before you receive the order.

Parcel Post is usually delivered the next day (not on Sundays). You will receive a tracking code from us with which you can keep an eye on when the order will be delivered. The information is usually available in the evening or early morning. Occasionally, parcel post is delivered after 2 days.

PostNL often uses an adjusted delivery schedule during public holidays. It is also not always possible for us to deliver the mail to PostNL.

Collection is also possible, a safe number and code will be provided by email, these are located in the driveway at our house. You can indicate this when paying for the order. Collecting the order is always free.
